Team Cornyn Releases New Ad: “Shot”

MJ Hegar says she doles out “tough talk,” but her routine use of #NSFW curse words and propensity to smear her opponents with egregious and unfounded allegations has divided even Democrats.

Backed into the corner during a runoff debate, MJ lashed out at 27-year state senator Royce West and accused him of illegally profiting off his public office: “Politicians, frankly like you, Royce, have become millionaires in office and spent their time legislating in their own best interests.”

The rancor continued through the rest of primary, causing West to tell the Austin American Statesman: “She’s had a problem all along with Black folks” and that the lifelong Democrat, and many folks he knows, would not be voting for Hegar.
